Was "Operation Nocturnal Emission" Already Taken?
Did everybody already know about Operation Midnight Climax? If so, these are the kinds of things about which I'd like to be informed.

I knew the CIA did this, but I didn't know they had such a droll name for the program.
My most successful college bowl team was called 'nocturnal emissions.'
