I wanted to compare the red/blue state map with my blog readership from Google Analytics (kinda evil, but interesting) stats, but first I need to adjust for state populations.
GGH - those are fantastic looking maps right now. I'll draw your attention to Florida, especially. The fact that Virginia and North Carolina are in play is huge. Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado are also all pick-ups. Basically, Obama's winning all the states Kerry won in 2004 (solidifying them in some cases, like Wisconsin), and has made BIG inroads into traditionally GOP territory. A win with 338 electoral votes gets us into "mandate" territory.
