I'm guessing that McGovern would also be against vote-by-mail elections. Why should I mark and sign my ballot, then turn it over to some (unionized!) person I don't know who "promises" to deliver it?
I can't vote if I'm not surrounded by cheap, smelly curtains. It's my right as an American, dagnabit!
