Latest dirt on the DoL search is centering on Harley Shaiken out of Berkeley. And I'm saying that a Shaiken nomination is definitely "not crap."

It seems like DoT is becoming the designated "bipartisan" cabinet slot - remember Norman Mineta, D from Cali, first Sec. of Transportation in the W. admin?
